Two massively successful projects completed for the National Trust Winchester Mill.
They wanted to highlight to their visitors that although the MIll is in the City it is visited by a wealth of wildlife.
To this end the Team - Jim Duggan, Alan Morley, and Bob Dear produced a Display board with pictures of the Birds and Bats that visit the Mill. When the visitor puts there finger on the picture the sound that the subject makes is broadcast over a loudspeaker.
To build this and set up the very sensitive proximity switches was no mean feat, but the Team achieved it and the display has been immensely popular with the visiting public.
The second commission was based on the traditional buzzer game bt on a Bat theme as shown. The team have been greatly commended for the workmanship on this, and being the school holidays there is a qeue for its use on most days.
The shed has been asked to make another of these to be presented to the Winchester Bat Group.
